Top U.S. Exports To Russia Will Have Longest Tariff Implementation Periods

An informal analysis of Russia's tariff reduction commitments as a new member of the World Trade Organization paints a mixed picture of the benefits of its accession to U.S. producers and exporters, with many of the top 10 products that America ships to Russia facing long duty phaseouts, and none of the tariffs dropping to zero immediately.
