New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) on Monday (Jan. 11) acknowledged that it is seeking to arrange a signing ceremony for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) in early February in Auckland, but said plans have not yet been finalized and declined to confirm the Feb. 4 date floated by other TPP governments.

NAIROBI, Kenya – Australian Trade Minister Andrew Robb is rejecting demands by Republican members of the U.S. Congress for changes or clarifications to the market protection term for biologic drugs in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), saying it is a balanced outcome and that going back on it now would unravel the deal.
