House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) yesterday (April 22) said that it is his view the Obama administration wants to move the U.S.-Panama free trade agreement in the relatively near future, but said he based this on statements by U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk, not a personal conversation with President Obama or on a specific statement by the president.
