The Senate on Thursday morning (Feb. 11) successfully invoked cloture on the conference report on the customs bill (H.R. 644) by a vote of 73-22, clearing a procedural hurdle allowing the Senate to vote on whether to approve the legislation. That final vote is expected to take place around noon, according to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).
