U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk and Indian Minister of Commerce and Industry Anand Sharma this week supported a Cairns Group declaration calling on World Trade Organization members to "map out a clear path" towards the conclusion of the Doha round of global trade talks and begin implementing this plan before August.
