World Trade Organization Director-General Roberto Azevedo on Monday (Nov. 24) circulated a package of three draft documents to delegations that constitute a proposed solution to the impasse over the implementation of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), and urged members to avoid seeking changes that would scuttle the deal, according to Geneva sources.
